In order to use the many services of the Cumberland Public Libraries you must register for a library card. If you are a resident of Cumberland County, Just fill out the form below and library staff will review the information provided and send your library card in the mail. If you are already registered, you must come visit one of our branches for a replacement card. If you are unable to visit one of branch libraries you may be eligible for the Books by Mail service.
