All residents of Cumberland County are entitled to a free membership to the Cumberland Public Libraries.
The Cumberland Public Libraries offer an extensive collection of books, multi-media materials and other resources accessible through one of our seven branch libraries or through our online library. As well, we offer free Internet access at all our branch libraries.
We also serve the public through our many programs and events, the Books by Mail outreach service, Interlibrary Loans, and our Reference Services. |
